- Duration of the franchise agreement: 10 years
- Entry fee in the amount of EUR 25,000.00 per territory
- License Fee: 26% of revenue (with additional service of maintenance of tourist facilities by the franchisor)
- License Fee: 13 – 15% of revenue (without additional service of maintenance of tourist facilities by the franchisor)
- Required investment: between EUR 68,000.00 and EUR 110,000.00
with included maintenance of tourist facilities

Molo Longo may grant limited exclusivity rights to franchisees in a specific area under its Exclusivity Area Development Programme. In this way, franchisees have the opportunity to operate in a protected area and focus on
